Mod minimum posts to view a forum?

I'm looking for a mod that allows me to set a minimum amount of posts that a user must have to view a certain forum. Is there an existing mod that can do that?
Please help me out with that, it's important. Thank you. :)

I don't know if there's a mod, but you could use a promotion for that.
