How do you activate the video bbcode

I'm running 4.1.10 and vbulletin I just realized that my original video bbcode is not enabled in my forum posts, it is activated in private messages, and blog, how activated in the video bbcode editor CKE for my forum?

WHen you edit a forum in the forum manager there's a "Allow [VIDEO] Code" option, so make sure that's set to yes.
