Purchase item Mod

I am wanting to sell things on my vB 4 forum, so I need some kind of Modification which allows users to be able to buy/ Purchase things, with Paypal ingratiation.
Same as you see on say dragonbyte-tech.com
Is there such a Mod on the org:confused:?
