You can edit the template "navbar" and add a new navigation-line.

<div>
<a class="myclass" href="link1.php">Link 1</a>
<a class="myclass" href="link2.php">Link 2</a>
<a class="myclass" href="link3.php">Link 3</a>
etc
</div>
Then style as needed.

I don't know how to get more detailed than that without knowing exactly what to link to and what verbiage you want. Even with that, you are going to need to learn to write some basic html yourself and writing a link is about as basic as it gets. I'd suggest heading over to w3schools (link in my sig) and reading up on basic html. I think they even have a tutorial there. And, you can practice link code if you go to that page on their site.
(Also, you have a custom style, so there is no way we can be too much more details since we don't have a clue what the navbar template looks like and you are not allowed to post it here.)
