Internal Server error

Every 1 / 7 times I click on a post, or refresh the page, or click on anything in matter, It links to the 500 internal server error page. Sometimes the forums turn into a huge mess, but then when I refresh again, everything is back to normal.
I'm also running version 4.1.8
