Safe mode
and the tmp dir is there
Wen i put it on -> Safe Mode Upload Enabled -> Yes

Unable to move/copy file
that what i get at the top of the page
ever time i turn around i get error
with this forum ???????
how do i know if this enabled
Does your PHP have 'allow_url_fopen' enabled?
