admincp > settings > human verification manager > library > Q&A. And then make sure you actually set some questions and answers.

Be sure to activate it for registration in ACP->Settings->Options->Human Verification Options. Check the 'register' box.

Also be sure the 'Unregistered/Not Logged In' usergroup has 'Require Human Verification on Configured Actions' set to 'Yes'.

Create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

How about a link and allow us to be able to pick the default style.

Since you both have the Suite and thus ticket support, I'd suggest putting in a ticket and having us take a look at your site.
