Custom Status Images?

I added custom status images to my forum but the images do not follow to the New Posts page? you can see what I am talking about in the image below. How to I get the images be on the New Post page?

forum home icons and threadbit icons(new post page)are different thus they sit in the same statusicons folder. Check your statusicons folder your will see a bunch of threadbit icons

Yes I see those but there is just 1 for category_forum_new and I am thinking that is the one that I want to match the icon in the forum so when you look at the New Posts they match? Can this be done?
