[help needed]vb 4.1.10 reply box light up problem

ever since i upgraded to 4.1.10(or .09 not sure the exact time it started happen)

my forum reply box is acting up

here is what it suppose to look like
(this is the only place[report section] it works fine with background the highlight color)

i have 4 templates, all the same problem

i have tried disabled all plugin hooks, same problem

any idea?

update your style to one that is for 4.1.10

i even tried a brand new 4.1.10 skin

its samething. the editor never highlights itself
