(i use some hacks so this is the reason i am posting here)

upgraded 4.1.9 to 4.1.10 and tools.php leads to (chrome browser message)
HTTP 500 (Internal Server Error)

* is this a vbulletin issue from the upgrade or my server's problem?
* if its vbulletin issue is it possible to be fixed?

additional info:
i made also a test forum, clean 4.1.10 installation and the same problem exists.

thank you in advance

So you're trying to put tools.php in admincp thn go to admincp/tool.php? Do you see any errors in the web server error log?

It looks like you're missing files from the install/includes directory, so re-upload that directory from the vb4.1.10 distribution.

if i remember correctly cause it was very long time ago, the error log of my hosting company (i asked for it and they send it) showed me that one php from the install directory could not be found.
what i have done and i had that problem, is that i had renamed the "install" directory to something else for security.
when i renamed it again as "install", everything worked fine and the tools.php worked perfectly.
