Does anyone have any ideas? or even know where I can find it...

Are you talking about something like this: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=214812 It's written for vb3, but you might try it. I haven't tried it but I glanced at the code and didn't immediately see anything that would make it vb3 only.
