Users Awaiting Email Confirmation

Users Awaiting Email Confirmation is confusing thehell out of me, I had over 17,000 in it to delet but it would only let me delet 20 at a time so I only deleted 800 accounts last night but now I've logged into 11,000... 5,000 is missing? Do they delet automatically after a certain amount of time ???:confused:

If you go to Users > Prune and choose the "Users Awaiting Email Confirmation" from the drop down box you get them all on one screen and can delete the whole lot in one go. You shouldn't be getting just 20 at a time.

In fact, if you have thousands you might want to filter that down a bit to smaller chunks via using the from and to date option.

They don't delete automatically AFAIK
