Avatar issues

I am having issues with my avatars. For some reason it is only showing the 80x80 sizes. I have changed the options in the usergroups to show up to a 250x250 and I only get the text in the avatars place.

Where can I change this at to make the avatars larger??

For some reason this happens when you change Settings > Options > Style & Language Settings > Default Style for Old Mobile Browsers and Default Style for Modern Mobile Browsers to your site's default style, try making sure they are set to "none" or something other than the default style.

For some reason this happens when you change Settings > Options > Style & Language Settings > Default Style for Old Mobile Browsers and Default Style for Modern Mobile Browsers to your site's default style, try making sure they are set to "none" or something other than the default style.

I already changed them to none. I have also rebuilt the custom avatars. For some reason the issue is still there.

I am at a loss on how to fix this issue.
