Inserting image faster

[Emeralda]

When I click Insert Image button in the editor, this is what I get:

It takes 2 extra clicks to change it to that:

Not to mention it asks for confirmation while clicking cancel. Is there a way to make it simpler and faster, just like it was on vB3?
