Replacing Header Logo?

So in 3.0 replacing the header logo required no coding--just replace the jpg etc.
It appears now in 4.0 I have to code--am I mistaken?- or is there something I'm missing in the admin panel?

Just replace the Logo in your ftp mate easy way to sort it!
