Block certain word in sign

As topic. Is it possible as the forum is today or do i need a add-on? If it even exist.
Some explanation. I have a daily visit by a human spammer that insist having a .eu url in his/her sign.
So blocking out .eu somehowe should solve that in a way.

With REGEX you can specify what can and cannot be entered in a field, have a good read here http://gnosis.cx/publish/programming/regular_expressions.html
