Import to VB4

Hello everyone,
I am new to the system.
and I have a serious problem I had purchased
and unfortunately because of the speed I was sure I could convert the database
my current site to the new system but not work .

I use on my site wbb 3.1.6 and god know why the import support 3.0.3
i do not know why it only support more then 2 years old system
anyone can help me on this issue .
or have idea how i can move all my site to the new system

Do you have some way of comparing the database of 3.0.3 and 3.1.6 to see what changed? If there were no major changes then it seems like you should be able to get around it in one way or another.

even if i can download and install old version 3.0.3
i do not know what to change .
i am asking here maybe someone had same problem

Ok i found way and i manage to import from my old site
i found the support on the Germany support :)

but i have small problem my old site have hebrew english mix post and all the hebrew coming with ?????????? any idea what i am doing wrong i know its lang code but i dont know what side my site or the vb4 side
