Please help revamp my friendship site! Style and logo

Hi guys, a bit of a long shot but I am sure one of you talented people can help little lost me. :) My forum is in need of a revamp. I am useless at creating themes and not that great at banners, either. Can someone please make me a style for my forum and a matching banner?

I don't really mind about colours. It's a worldwide friendship site, so will need to look 'happy' and inviting. If you have any ideas or want more information or anything please let me know. Thanks!! :)
