Vote Posts Up/Down

I've tried a number of search configurations on here for this type of mod. Basically, an arrow up/down to rate that individual post. I've seen this used on MacRumors among other forums but can never find the modification name.

Attached an image to show what I'm on about.

Anyone know if this is available for v4.x or what its called?
