What's Going On Box (Editing)

Basically I wanted to know.. If anyone could help me edit the "What's Going On" Box at the bottom of the forums...

I run a clan website for PS3 and Xbox as such we use a rank system.. I'd like to be able to have to ranks of the clan listed on it. I'm not real technical or some massive coder.. So I haven't tried fiddling with much because I don't want to break something XD

I just wanted to know how to do it.. Does it have to be coding in or something? That's sort of what I was asking.. how to do it.. I wasn't expecting someone to do it for me.. Just wanted to know how it's done..

I don't see it as a task so easy someone could tell you how to do it in a sentence or two - it really sounds like a major project to me. I mean, first you have to create a bunch of usergroups, then set promotions, and only then start coding to show (or sort by?) usergroups.

Keep searching for mods though - I know you aren't the first to want to do something like this, so there may be something out there already that will work that I'm just unaware of.
