Forums blocks to display on all forum pages

Hello,

I was wondering if it would be possible to make the forum blocks sidebar display on all the forum pages. Meaning if a user goes and views threads it will show up & when the users clicks on posts as well.

Or how could i do it so users have easy navigation through all the threads like on
http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/1/two-plus-two/

where all the forums are on one side and you can see the side bar on every page.

Try a search for the Everywhere Sidebar (I think that's what it's called),
