I have a problem with people signing up for my board from across the world and posting up ads for fake chanel purses. So my question is is there any way to restrict new users to North America only, possibly by IP address or Email? I have the most recent Vbulletin.

Anyone have any insight on this? I had another guy from Lebanon show up and start posting a bunch of random stuff.
