Try a search for "reputation*" in "all mods" "titles only" and you should find it.

I don't recall seeing a mod like that here. I can't imagine allowing people to give or take away a random number of rep points at will. Sounds like chaos.

I've seen the mod, and even downloaded it at one time, which is why I suggested he do a search.
