My godaddy account is un-altered so I'm thinking it's a vbulletin hack.
I happened to have my control panel open when it happened, and it still is, my other admin cannot get into it though, so good thing it's still here...
I have no idea what to do, any suggestions?

I managed to upload a backup from afew days ago, so it's fixed now.
But I have no idea how the hack happened.
I submitted a ticket to vbulletin, no luck yet.
I have a copy of the compromised DB if anyone is interested in looking at it.
It changed my front page to a huge smilie with a song in the background letting me know I was hacked.
Will post a screen when I get home.
I have suspicions as to who might have done it, and am very eager to prove it.

You should look through your access_logs to see how you were hacked. If you don't know where those are you should contact your host immediately to get them since very often the hosts will not keep them for long and if you wait to contact your host, you may not get them.
