I'm just guessing at where this is, since the screenshots aren't english, but try adding this to your additional.css template
.navtabs li.selected .popupbody li a {
color:#000000;
}

i solved the problem, but not from the additional.css
i tried header and just created a html font code
and just that
like this
<li><font color="#000000">{vb:rawphrase no_new_messages}</font></li>
<li><a href="private.php{vb:raw session.sessionurl_q}"><font color="#000000">{vb:rawphrase inbox}</font></a></li>
and it worked
i dont know if i did the right thing or not
but it seems worked
thanks for your help HMBeaty

You should also bear in mind that you posted a vb4 topic in a vb3 forum, this is why you got given a solution to add to the Additional CSS.
