Extra tabs navigation

I have a vB4 site running (cms and forum) and would like to have the following Main navigation accross the site:

Home | Forum | About (cms section) | Columns (CMS section) | Graphics (CMS section) | Contact (sendmessage.php)

Anyone any idea on how to do this?
