Is there a hook after Banning a user?

I'm trying to make a mod that creates a new thread when someone on my forum is banned. I cant seem to find a hook that is suitable... Is there any?

What file does the banning take place?

Where are you banning the user from - the admincp or ???

Yes, mostly from the admincp. If you know a hook or a way for me to do there then that would be a great place to start.
