hi all. I am new to this vbulletin. can anybody help me to find a mod similiar to shown below.

Basically i am looking for a tracker where i want to take 25 custom user input field (can be profile fields but not related to individual profile), display them in the grid (typically asp.net grid) and sort the result based on the filter settings.
User can add multiple tracker's. Different register users can comment on the each tracker case.
bottom line : i want something as shown in the above link where i need to add those fields .How do i achieve it through vbulletin
