Simple enough... Can anyone tell me if you have a hard time logging in.

User name: Test-VB
Password: 12345678910

You should be able to also log-in using the e-mail address: testvb@sociallyuncensored.com

If you do, could you be so kind as to report to me what browser you're using (version would be helpful too, but not required if you don't know).

I have 2 members who use Firefox (1 in mostly in mind) and they always seem to claim to have an issue. Kind of trouble some not know why they are having an issue. I personally have decided its something on their end, but trying to get them to believe that is another story....

Are they logging in using http://sociallyuncensored.eu/forums/ or http://www.sociallyuncensored.eu/forums/ ? What is your Cookie Domain set to be?

Path to Save Cookies
/forums/

Cookie Domain
www.sociallyuncensored.eu

(No ending slash or http added)

I have more than 1 forum on the domain (test forum)

And I will be adding a static sub-domain, which needs to be cookie less since I use nginx.

Their exact words

Because that is the only way I can get in. No it doesn't tell me my password is wrong and it's all lower case so I'm not messing it up.

I try to log it is says that I am and I'm not. The only way after that to get on is to change my password. I don't know why I just know that it works. If I didn't do that I wouldn't have been on for the last few days.

It was just a way I found to get on.

As Lynne asked above...
Are they logging in using http://sociallyuncensored.eu/forums/ or http://www.sociallyuncensored.eu/forums/ ?
Also, do you have a 301 redirect set up so that all non-www gets redirected to www?

As Lynne asked above...

Don't know. They haven't been back online to ask. But upon thinking about it, that could very well be the issue.

Also, do you have a 301 redirect set up so that all non-www gets redirected to www?

Trying to figure out how to do that with nginx now.... I don't think it wants to play nice. Of course I'm also trying to figure out how to get the sub-domain to work too.

static.sociallyuncensored.eu will be the sub-domain.

Your cookie domain should be ".yoursite.com" if you allow users to login via both those urls.
