Viewing specific votes for thread ratings

Is is possible to have a mod that, like the existing poll option, where you can view the specific votes (by username) of who voted on a thread's rating? I am modifying the purpose of the thread rating and using it to rate the thread's specific topic and I would like to be able to easily keep track of who voted what.
