probleme with new post

Hi,

Today i go to see my forum, and when i click on new post, i have slow loading and after about 10 minutes, i have this message :

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@local.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have tried to repair tables, have trancate the table search, but alaway's same probleme :(

somebody could help me ?

which page, the forum was running perfect and i haven't modified anything, it has created the problem it self.

Also, look on main page of the AdminCP, tells us what server load averages are.

And to add another information, also when we try to search something i have the same problem.

here is what i have in database :

search Browse Browse Structure Structure Search Search Insert Insert Empty Empty Drop Drop 107 MyISAM latin1_swedish_ci 118.7 MiB 106.7 MiB

118Megabyte in this table, is not normal, when i try to truncate, i can't, i have same message error.
