Is there an autodetect mobile pop up available?

I've seen them for vb3.x but I wanted people to choose to view as full screen or mobile style. Basically a pop up choosing an option that there is a mobile theme available and the user to choose.

No Problems there is also a couple more but this Seemed the best of the bunch
