im looking for a mod i have seen on a few forums now. if you are looking at a forum it usually comes up with server is currently to busy to handle your request and upgrade to vip etc

Miserable Users doesn't offer any kind of upgrades to "VIP".

This could be a hosting problem and the OP has misinterpreted "VPS" maybe? With no links I really don't know.
