Member can not access site after upgrade

I recently upgraded my forums to vb4.1.8

Since the update 1 member can not get on to my site

He says he keeps getting :

Error 101
(net: ERROR_CONNECTION_RESET)
The connection was reset

Can anyone tell me if this is anything to do with vbulletin forums or point me in the right direction so i can reslove the issue

i dont think its a 4.1.8 issue, sounds like its something to do with the persons computer, i had a similar issue to this, it could be the host has blocked out his IP which is what happened to me, u could also try telling the member to clear his cookies and data, see if that resolves it, if u can get a print screen of the error in different browsers it would help a lot

Have him try different browsers and even a different computer at a different location/IP.

Dont know why but my hosting company had banned his IP

Just wanted to make sure it was nothing to do with VB or a Mod
