facebook connect

i have several vbulletin sites and all up until now have been fine, when i created the new site, fresh install the facebook connect wont work, i have tried updating, turned off all modifications and still nothing, i have tried to look around and find a lot of people are blaming servers which mine cant be due to the fact the other sites are running fine on that same server, also when i run a debug on several of my sites all dont have errors that must be fixed except for this site

I'm running into the same problem where I've updated to 4.1.9 and when I try to enable Facebook with Facebook registration, no option is available. I thought it would just give you the option to connect...
