Background Image: url(link/to/your/image.jpg)

Please be more specific that style manager then what to get here doc_background

admincp > Styles & Templates > Style Manager > (Select your theme / or select Default) > [Type in doc_background, appears under 'Common'] > Select doc_background > input URL = FTW
