Check this thread & read # 12 (post by lynne) i had jus tthe same issue and that got solved. If u try this jst make sure to have a back up before that.

i have tried to find in customprofile table but there is not any user id that e -1
even i uploaded my default custome profile tabe but still having same problem
You want to look at the customprofile table. There should be a row where userid = -1. Do you see that row? Delete it and then the profiles will show as normal. However, there is a bug that makes the stylevars not work and that is supposed to be fixed in 4.1.4

As always, before doing anything to your database, make a backup!

We cannot see any profiles.

Create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

Unfortunately, we can't really help much more since we cannot see the profiles.
