This my new idea
A mod for Vbulletin 4
and it's name should be "Pinger"
There will be a pinger button in all the member profiles. A member have an emergency and he can click pinger button on a user profile, when he refresh or goes to another page, it will be dark, lights on, alarm etc.
How it is ?
Please think about this.
