Hello people,
Before i upgrade to VBS 4.0 i have normal links in external RSS feed.
Now my links have ?amp;goto=newpost after .html please tell me how to remove this. Do anybody know what file i need to edit? Please this is rarely important to me.
Regards
I haven't tried it, but I think you could edit external.php and find this:
array('goto' => 'newpost')
and replace with
array()
It occurs 3 times in the middle of lines of code.

U will find it and it repost again and again
OK, I'm confused - is this coming from your RSS feed, or are you posting someone else's feed?
ETA: if it is your RSS feed, then it might take some time because by default it's cached for 60 minutes.

Yes it is my rss. So i hv to wait after 60 min. so will it be back to normal
Do reply
Yes, it looks like if you wait it will eventually take effect, or you could truncate the externalcache table. It seems to work for me, but mine has ?goto=newpost . I'm not sure why yours has ?amp;goto=newpost , that's obviously wrong. I suppose you really should try to figure out why that's happening.
