Added a gallery to my forum

Well not to the forum but to a sub domain. It's so simple even I had it set up in just a few minutes. I set up a tab to jump over to it and since the black and gray theme for the forum is the default, I selected the dark theme for the gallery as well.
I've added some pics and I'm in the process of migrating my albums content over. I'm really impressed with this even if it's 3 year old code.
How about taking a second or two and having a look and letting me know what you think so far. http://www.animegallery.animeappeal.com/

It's got a robot.txt and htaccess file included already set up to protect the sensitive areas from unwanted prying eyes. It's a work in progress as I can't seem to find the css that expands the doc to 100% width.
Anyway what do you think of this one?

I found a dark theme that almost matches the forum default theme. It fans out to match the resolution of the viewer. I've set up some albums in it and and added some functionality modules. As for having to tab over to it I revamped my forum albums to have just a click-able image that takes you directly over to the gallery album. You find those in the individual threads. The header is somewhat out of place but clicking on it gets you back over to the forum. Like I said before it's a work in progress.
A poor man's gallery for VB4. (or 3) The software is free and making a subdomain to park it in doesn't cost anything either.
So opinions?

What software is free?

Is there more than one gallery on your site? I saw your note on the site:
Click on the thumb in the thread to go to the gallery for that subject.

Was that supposed to take me to a gallery?

If you go in to the artwork threads you see a thumb and the thread title. Click on either. That takes you in the thread. There you see:
Click thumb below.
(thumb is here)

When you click on that thumb it takes you straight to the album in the gallery. If you want to see the entire gallery just click on the up arrow icon at the top right of the page. I need to reword the notice message. Appears it's wording is in error.
