I don't know what's wrong with it, I tried to change the design and it is messed up the same. Tried to reinstall vbulletin... nothing helps.
If anyone has a clue what to do, please answer.

Create a new style with no parent:
Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save
Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

Then try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php
define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

Thanks. That helped but I cannot turn off all my mods forever. :( Like VBSEO is very important for me. How should I know which one of them is f*cking everything?
