Well here what i did ACP > User > Ban User then i got this http://screensnapr.com/e/9TeV1M.png

May any 1 here PLEASE help me ! :(

When you select Ban User it runs modcp/banning.php, so check if that's still there (or did you maybe rename the modcp folder?)
