Hi.

I tried to convert our old vb cms ver 4.1.7 to another server.
i?m sitting here since 6 days without a clue at ... i tried everything.

The problem is (i think the server) .. i?m not sure at all.

actually i installed a 4.1.9 version without everything. New database etc.

here?s the link:

http://www.minions-guild.com/content.php

klick on the first and only article....there?s a pic inside, but it doesnt sow up in the front.

the old server works absolutly fine...

http://www.trinitas-gilde.com/content.php

and the got the same setup. PHP5 ...its all the same.

Actually even 4.1.7 versions do the same "error", so, i?m absolutely not sure at all how to handle the problem.

Please help

What do you have set for AdminCP > Settings > Options > message attachment options > Thumbnail Creation (if you have changed that, you need to rebuild attachment thumbnails) and AdminCP > Settings > Options > content management > Use Thumbnails in Preview?

But different servers, so they could each have different configurations.

Are your attachments stored in the database or filesystem? Have you tried rebuilding the attachment thumbnails?

But different servers, so they could each have different configurations.
this is, what i was thinking of, but the hoster says that its not.

I found a few differences but i?m not sure if they matter.

I would definitely have the host fix the items in red.

thanks ;) it works now. the had different basic configs for the servers, god knows why.
Actually its funny, the host has a admincp for such things. Both servers are on off, but the old server isn?t although the server cp says it is. its odd...but ok now it works.

i?m a bit sad...now?ve got so much to do to set up the forum ^_P
