Restrict Signatures

Would like to block the use of sigs until users get a certain number of posts. how would i go about doing this?

That's what usergroups are for. Set it so Registered Users cannot create signatures. Then create a new usergroup than may create signatures and Promote them there after xx posts. Usergroup Promotions (https://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/usergroup_promotions)
