PopUp windows NOT coming to top of screen

I have the strangest thing all of a sudden. This may have been like this already and I just didn't notice it.

When I select one of the tool menus like "search forum" the options DO NOT popup to the top of the screen. They are covered by the Thread Title Bar "or whatever you want to call it."

Anybody??? This is driving me CRAZY!

I have checked, reverted, double checked everything I can think of "I am new to vb" and I don't have a clue.

Please Help...

Which browser are you using? I tried IE8, FF, Chrome, and Opera and they all work OK. Also, is it any different if you log out and use the site as a guest?

I logged out and it still happens. I am using IE 9

I just put it in "compatibility mode" and it works great! Do you know if there is a fix so that it works without putting it in compatibility mode?

Actually it was the exact opposite.... I un-enabled compatibility mode and now it works....

Do you want your $100 for my ignorance???

So you're good now? I really don't know much about browser differences so I probably can't help there. No, I don't want any money :) Would have checked when it was only $50 but I always miss it when posts get auto-merged.

Thanks a TON for your help. I must have accidentally hit the compatibility button at some point and it must remember which sites to use it on.
