My site and forum got hacked and displays 'nO lOv3' hackers message. What do I do???

I have a personal/private project forum running bv 3.8.3 that has been hacked and displays the "nO lOv3" hackers message:

So it should be somehow easy to get back to online again, but how? :confused: :confused:


(note: backup is not working as the project was stopped for a loooong time and copies are way to old to restore decent files)
