I believe that my site has been hacked. When you go to it http://www.pastors-source.com/forum.php then a pop up with avg shows a threat is blocked called exploit blackhole (2082). How do we get this resolved?

I have no problem going to the site.

However, the standard way to recover is to use a database backup, upload all new default vbulletin files, and all use a default vbulletin style. Also, make sure to contact your host to have them help you figure out how you got hacked. If you don't figure that out, it will just happen again and again and again.

Same problem here. I just got this starting today.

Is there any way to manually delete any files that were added?

Do you have a google webmaster account? Google will analyze your site and tell you if there is any malware, viruses, trojans and etc on it.

First, stop using AVG, their virus database is full of real & fake viruses and malware.

If you're on windows, download and install MSE(Microsoft Security Essentials) It's free and
it's all you need.

If you would like to double check your files, download your entire webdir onto your PC
and scan it with MSE(If there was a virus, MSE wont let it be downloaded)

Also, if it 'IS' a virus.. having mod_security compiled in with your php/apache helps greatly.
