I've been getting this as well
I did find a file/page uploaded to my forum, the last part of the url is oshit.htm. I deleted it from the site, but don't know what else I need to do.

As suspected, a scan shows it is viral. You may need to update your Av or change to another one.

Run the suspect file check in Admin CP -> Maintenance and see if any other files shouldn't be there.
Have you kept up to date on security patches?
