Forum List .CSV Upload?

Hi,
Is there a way to upload a list of new forum names and descriptions all with the same permissions? It would be much easier for me to create a list in Excel and upload it than creating one forum at a time.
I have Googled this but can't find anything specific or if it is even possible.

There is no "easy" way to do what you want. If you think its going to be that much work, you may want to re-think how you're going about what you're doing.
