post new thread problem

When I tried to post new thread or reply thread, I had a problem. On the left hand side, there will show username, admin/member, join date and others. My problem is showing the following weird words"

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
